Terms & Conditions

Welcome to DubLuv. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DubLuv platform, including our mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using DubLuv, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use DubLuv.
 

By using the Platform, you confirm that:
 

  • You meet the age requirements

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

  • You are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws

2. Use of the Platform

DubLuv is a social entertainment platform that allows users to:
 

  • Join and participate in live voice chatrooms

  • Communicate and interact with other users

  • Send and receive virtual gifts

  • Participate in games, events, and activities

  • Access social and entertainment features
     

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account

  • Be fully responsible for all activity under your account

You must not:

  • Share your account with others

  • Use another user’s account without permission

​

DubLuv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its discretion.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in abusive, offensive, or harmful behavior

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Share illegal, explicit, or inappropriate content

  • Distribute spam or misleading information

  • Exploit, manipulate, or misuse platform features

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform

DubLuv may take action, including content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, for violations.

5. Chatrooms and Interactions

Users may participate in chatrooms and interact with others.

You acknowledge that:

​

  • Content in chatrooms is generated by users

  • DubLuv does not control all user interactions

  • You are responsible for your behavior and interactions

​

DubLuv reserves the right to:

​

  • Moderate rooms

  • Remove users from rooms

  • Restrict access where necessary

6. Virtual Items and Digital Content

DubLuv offers virtual items including:

​

  • Gifts

  • Avatar frames

  • Entry effects

  • Room themes

  • Other digital items

​

These items:

​

  • Are licensed, not owned

  • Have no real-world monetary value

  • Are non-transferable and non-redeemable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or external value

​

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

7. Payments and Transactions

Certain features require payment, including purchasing in-app virtual currency or items.

​

By making a purchase, you agree that:

​

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • Transactions are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Apple, Google)

  • All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law

DubLuv is not responsible for:

​

  • Payment processing errors by third parties

  • Unauthorized purchases due to user negligence

8. Platform Economy

DubLuv operates a virtual economy using in-app currencies such as coins and diamonds.

All balances:

​

  • Exist only within the Platform

  • Do not represent real-world currency

  • Cannot be transferred outside the Platform

​

DubLuv reserves the right to:

​

  • Adjust balances

  • Modify pricing

  • Update economic systems

9. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for any content you post, including:

​

  • Messages

  • Images

  • Profile content

  • Audio interactions

​

By posting content, you grant DubLuv a:

​

  • Non-exclusive

  • Worldwide

  • Royalty-free

​

license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for platform operation, marketing, and improvement.

​

You must not post content that violates laws or these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including:

​

  • Logos

  • Designs

  • Software

  • Features

  • Graphics

​

is owned by or licensed to DubLuv and protected by intellectual property laws.

​

You may not:

​

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content

  • Reverse engineer the Platform

  • Use DubLuv branding without permission

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Suspension and Termination

DubLuv may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in harmful, abusive, or illegal behavior

  • You pose a risk to the Platform or other users

Upon termination:

​

  • Access to your account may be revoked

  • Virtual items and balances may be forfeited

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

DubLuv does not guarantee:

​

  • Continuous or uninterrupted access

  • Error-free performance

  • Security or reliability at all times

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DubLuv shall not be liable for:

​

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits

  • User disputes or interactions

  • Service interruptions

15. Changes to Terms

DubLuv may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
