1. Nature of Digital Products

DubLuv offers digital goods and services, including but not limited to:

  • In-app currency (coins and diamonds)

  • Virtual gifts

  • Subscription features

All items are intangible digital products and are delivered instantly upon successful payment.

2. General Refund Policy

All purchases are considered final and non-refundable once completed, except in the circumstances outlined below or as required by applicable law.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate transactions (subject to verification)

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (subject to verification)

  • Technical errors resulting in failure to deliver purchased items

In such cases, users must contact support with relevant transaction details.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Used or partially used digital items

  • User errors (e.g., purchasing the wrong package)

  • Transactions successfully completed and delivered

5. App Store Purchases

For purchases made through:

  • Apple App Store

  • Google Play Store

Refunds are subject to the respective app store policies and must be requested directly through those platforms.

6. Website Transactions

Purchases made through the DubLuv website are processed via secure payment gateways.

  • All transactions are protected using 3D Secure (3DS) authentication

  • Any transaction identified as unauthorized will be investigated

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

7. Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–15 business days

  • Actual refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider or bank

8. Abuse and Fraud Prevention

DubLuv reserves the right to:

  • Refuse refund requests that are deemed abusive or fraudulent

  • Suspend accounts involved in suspicious refund activity
